Recently there was a Holy Child Schools Network meeting was hosted by St Mary’s Catholic Academy in Blackpool.
Four Holy Child sisters attended and met staff representatives from St Mary’s, Mayfield School, the Cavendish School and Holy Child Killiney, which are some of the schools in the Holy Child Network, Europe. Session topics included “Sharing our Cornelian Mission” and “What does it mean to be a ‘holy child’”?
At least two of the staff attending were new to their schools, so all this made a powerful and inspiring introduction for them to the Holy Child educational spirit and tradition. Everyone could experience for themselves how the meeting helped strengthen and support the Network.
